Why I built it
ParlerLang is Govoriti's sister, the same conviction pointed at French. Learning a language should get you speaking it, not collecting a streak. Having done the from-scratch climb myself, I wanted a tool built for the person doing the work, not for the engagement graph.
Croatian has a deadline; French does not. I want to learn French properly, over months, from a real course instead of a game, the kind that treats you like an adult who actually wants to speak.

How I built it
Same core idea as Govoriti: let AI do the tutor's work, making and adapting the material and giving feedback, while the product stays built around a person actually trying to speak. It is a structured A1 to B2 course, with C1 on the way, built around dialogues, grammar in context, writing, speaking, correction, and review, so every lesson moves you from understanding French to producing it yourself.
Building the two side by side means each one sharpens the other. A fix to how Govoriti handles a speaking checkpoint lands in ParlerLang the same week, and the French edge cases feed back the other way. Two languages, one engine, kept honest by real learners on both.
Where it is
Live, A1 to B2, with C1 on the way. Growing active users and tuning from what they run into.
Cheers.
